Elite Winter Lacrosse Clinic @ Virginia Tech

Open to Grades 8th-12th

Cost: $250

This winter clinic will deliver college-level instruction to motivate & develop young players. This clinic will offer high paced drills and competitive game-like situations run by energetic, knowledgeable Division 1 college coaches and players. The clinic will focus on individual skill development earlier in the day, and build to small sided play in the later afternoon. We aspire to help prepare you for a successful spring season ahead! The Virginia Tech Women’s Lacrosse team will be hosting an open practice prior to the clinic for those that arrive to town early and wish to watch!

Tentative clinic schedule is as follows:

8:00 - 10:00am - Virginia Tech Lacrosse Open Practice (OPTIONAL)
10:30am - Clinic Check- In
11:00 -11:30am - Warm Up & Stickwork
11:30 - 1:00pm - Skill Session 1 (Fundamentals & Skill Development)
1:00pm - Lunch Break & Athletic Facilities Tour
2:00 - 4:00pm - Skill Session 2 (Small sided drills & Live play)

Middle School Girls Summer Lacrosse Camp @ Virginia Tech

June 24 - 27, 2024

9:00 am - 12:00 pm daily
Open to Any and All Rising 6th – 8th Grade

Cost: $160 (includes camp t-shirt!)

This two-session camp is designed for all experience levels and open to all girls who are rising 6th – 8th grade. This middle school camp aims to enhance fundamentals, and to grow confidence and knowledge of the game. We want to encourage young players to grow their game, compete at their best, help prepare for the next level… and have fun! This camp will be run by the Virginia Tech Lacrosse staff, as well as other energetic, knowledgeable coaches and players.

Youth Girls Summer Lacrosse Camp @ Virginia Tech

June 24 - 27, 2024

9:00 am - 12:00 pm daily
Open to Any and All Rising Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Cost: $160 (includes camp t-shirt!)

This two-session camp is designed for all experience levels and open to all girls who are rising Kindergarten through fifth grade. This youth camp aims to teach fundamentals, develop skills and grow confidence. We want to encourage young players to grow their game, compete at their best and have fun! This camp will be run by the Virginia Tech Lacrosse staff, as well as other energetic, knowledgeable coaches and players.

Summer Elite Prospect Camp @ Virginia Tech

June 18, 2024, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Open to any and all girls grades 8th-12th

Cost: $400

Designed with the advanced player in mind, this 2-day camp will deliver college-level instruction to motivate & develop young players. This camp will offer high paced drills and competitive game-like situations run by the Virginia Tech Lacrosse staff, current players and alumni in addition to other energetic, knowledgeable Division 1 college coaches and players. This is a multi day commuter camp. The following meals will be included with the camp tuition: Monday dinner and Tuesday lunch. However, overnight accommodation will not be provided. August Elite Prospect Clinic @ Virginia Tech

This prospect clinic is designed to showcase the abilities of participants, all while delivering college-level instruction in an energetic, high paced setting. The clinic will include individual skill development, small-sided drills and full-field scrimmages. This clinic will be run by the Virginia Tech Women’s Lacrosse staff, current players and alumni in addition to other energetic, knowledgeable Division 1 college coaches and players. This clinic also includes a Question & Answer session, as well as a Virginia Tech athletic facilities tour.
