CONFIRMATION EMAIL
All registered participants will receive a confirmation email once registration & payment are processed.
WHAT TO PACK
Please make sure to pack a water bottle, as well as the necessary lacrosse equipment (stick, goggles, mouth guard, goalie equipment, etc.). Water coolers will be on site to refill water bottles as needed.
Please pack appropriate footwear to participate on both field turf and grass surfaces (turf shoes or cleats are the most practical footwear for these surfaces).
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Any/all refunds will be issued in the form of credit for future events; no cash refunds will be issued. Credits can be transferred to other family members only. Credit must be redeemed within 2 years of original purchase. Cancellation requests submitted more than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp will be eligible for a full credit towards future events, less the online processing fee.
Any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp will not be eligible for a credit except in the case of injury, illness or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor/school is required. Cancellation/refund requests can be emailed to skieralacrossecamps@gmail.com.
WEATHER POLICY
In the event that weather or unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe to hold our camp/clinic, all participants will receive a full refund minus the administrative processing fee. We will make a determination about a weather cancellation 24 hours before the camp is supposed to begin.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All camp participants are in charge of their own transportation to and from camp. Driving directions to the Virginia Tech Campus can be found HERE! Locations of specific camp & clinic facilities can be found on the below diagram.

There are vast overnight accommodations available in the Blacksburg & Christiansburg areas.
